15 - 16 May 2018    I found a piece of copper 10 mm thick. I drilled 28 holes and made thread M3 in them. Then I made 6 holes M6 in the copper plate and drilled 6 holes  diameter of 7 mm in the heat sink ( 355 x 215 x 50 mm ).

   

   

27 May - 1 June 2018. Despite the lack of free time, I found a piece of duraluminium, measuring 550 x 455 mm and a thickness of 1.75 mm and made from it a chassis, front and rear panels. Here you can download drawings of panels with sizes in the formats .jpg and .pdf if you need :) .

  

4 - 6 June 2018. I've done most of the mechanical work with the HF amplifier of my project in recent days. Now the "product" looks like this:

      

      

until August 10, I did not have much free time, but I changed and modified the power supply a little (added fans for the upper section) and began to make the final assembly of the amplifier. All the changes and colors of the wires of the connections I noted on the main circuit. The scheme of the sequencer designed to protect the transistor from the emissions during the transient processes of the amplifier transition to the transmission and back to reception is drawn.

Made for another project the LCD RF Power meter checked and tested for amateur radio.
